Asahi had negotiated the lease for a new Southbank 5,500 sqm office with an existing fit out.  This would become the future home for the combined operations of the Schweppes and Asahi brands.  The aspirations for the project were to utilise a majority of the existing fit out, yet create a fresh environment that reflected its branding, the heritage of the organisation and a showcase of the business.
