Department of Transport

The Department of Transport (Public Transport Victoria) relocated 700 staff into a new Melbourne facility.  Given the critical nature of its operations, there was a need to develop a relocation and site readiness strategy that would ensure a seamless transition.  Adapt Workplace Solutions was engaged to deliver this transition stream, in addition to providing program guidance on ITC installations and commissioning. 

The project resulted in the relocation of 700 staff across one weekend, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
