Victoria’s regional rail provider; V/Line, consolidated its office based staff into a single 5,400 sqm facility located at 452 Flinders Street, Melbourne, where previously its teams had been accommodated across three Melbourne sites.  This project resulted in the creation of a single cohesive workspace, providing the organisation with an environment that will support its strategy to maintain a sustainable service to its customers.

Adapt Workplace Solutions was engaged to assist V/Line through this consolidation process by providing the following services:

• Detailed design review

• Fit out value engineering

• Construction oversight

• Logistics procurement and

       co-ordination

• Post occupancy support

• Make good scoping and negotiations

Adapt Workplace Solutions has also been re-engaged to provide end-to-end

services for Phase Two (2,600 sqm) of this strategy.
